Features:

• As an employee, you have the ability to:
• • Add shifts during designated self-scheduling periods.
  • Request open shifts and initiate shift trades.
  • View your schedule and submit time-off requests.
  • Clock in based on your location and receive notifications if there is a mismatch with your designated work location.
  • Access missed clocking alerts, clock in/out, sign off on your timecard, and make changes to clockings and calendars.
• As a manager, you have the ability to:
• • View your employees' timecards, requests, exceptions, and contact information.
  • Rectify clocking or location mismatches by modifying the schedule or clocking entry.
  • Review missed clocking alerts and preventable overtime, approve employee clockings, calendars, and timecards, as well as modify or delete clockings and calendars for your team members.
  • Monitor hourly staffing levels to identify situations that require immediate attention, such as overstaffing or understaffing.
